This website is operated by Wayward Mind. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Wayward Mind. Wayward Mind offers this website to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. 

2. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store for handmade dice and related products. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

3. Products

All products are handmade. Due to their artisanal nature, slight variations in colour, shape, and finish may occur and do not constitute defects.

4. Contract Conclusion

Product listings in the online store do not constitute legally binding offers but an invitation to order. A contract is formed when we confirm your order via email or dispatch the goods.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in EUR and include applicable VAT (if applicable).
Shipping costs are displayed separately.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary, especially for made-to-order items.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via email.

Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalised products
• Digital products after an initial download.

Customers bear the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.
Minor imperfections due to handmade production are not considered defects.

9. Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence.
For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), limited to foreseeable damages.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, product images, and content are the intellectual property of Wayward Mind and may not be used without permission.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

13. Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
